Acceptance of these terms
These terms are between you and Summer Reform Henderson Inc., doing business as Summer Reform. By using summerreform.com, holding a spot, booking, or buying a membership, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The website and booking
The site describes the studio and leads you to our booking platform, WellnessLiving, for accounts, schedules, and payment. Use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it in a way that interferes with other guests.
Memberships, bookings, and payment
Membership prices, the opening term, and what each membership includes are shown on the site at the time you join. Detailed membership terms, cancellation windows, and any fees are set out in the membership agreement and the studio’s booking policies. Those documents control if they differ from a summary on the site. Payment is processed by WellnessLiving. We do not store card numbers.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Summer Reform sends conversational and transactional text messages. These include replies to inquiries, class and appointment confirmations, reminders, waitlist notices, account and billing notices, and occasional studio updates.
You can opt in by submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website form, by texting us at (725) 337-0277, or by asking at the front desk. The box is optional. You may hold a spot or contact us without opting in to texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation text. For help, reply HELP, call (725) 337-0277, or email info@summerreform.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your health
Pilates and red light are physical practices. You take part at your own risk. Consult a physician before you begin, and tell your instructor about any injury, pregnancy, or condition that matters. Red light therapy is not a medical treatment. We make no medical claims. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Intellectual property
The Summer Reform name, the sun mark, the words on this site, and our photographs belong to Summer Reform Henderson Inc. or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy them for your own business without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Summer Reform Henderson Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site, a booking, or a visit. Our total liability for a claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue in the three months before the claim. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this sentence may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
