Full-body work on a sliding carriage with springs. Controlled tempo, real resistance, and a class that builds strength without asking her to brace against herself.

Reformer paired with tower in a single class. More variety, more range, a different demand on the body each time she comes.

Springs, bars and straps, upright and open. Generous with the shoulders and spine — which is where most of us hold the week.

The most supported apparatus in the studio, in its own smaller room. Deep, precise, and especially good for returning to movement after a season away.
