Summer Reform Henderson Inc., doing business as Summer Reform, runs a Pilates and recovery studio at 2986 St Rose Pkwy, Suite 140, Henderson, NV 89052. This policy explains what we collect on summerreform.com and in the studio, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you write to us, hold a spot, book, or join, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the booking or membership details you give us. Payment information is processed by our booking and payment provider, WellnessLiving. We do not store card numbers. We also collect standard website analytics data, such as pages visited, the browser you use, and a general location derived from your connection.
How we use it
We use this information to run classes, memberships, and appointments, to send booking confirmations and reminders, to answer inquiries, and to improve the studio. We do not use it for anything unrelated to that work.
Text messages
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Summer Reform about bookings, reminders, account notices, and studio updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help, or call (725) 337-0277.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent are not shared with any third parties.
Who we share data with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our booking and payment platform, our email provider, and our website host. They receive only what they need to provide those services. We never sell your information.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and similar tools to remember a visit and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser. Turning them off may limit some parts of the site.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep information for as long as your membership or inquiry is active, and for the time after that which bookings, payments, and the law require. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@summerreform.com or calling (725) 337-0277. To stop email, use the unsubscribe link in the message or write to us. To stop text messages, reply STOP. Reply HELP for help.
Children
The site and our services are not directed to children under 13. Our childcare amenity is for members’ children, and we do not collect children’s data online.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. The version on this page is the one that applies.
